Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which users may request a refund for purchases made on our platform. Because we provide immediate access to digital content, all purchases are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise and will review refund requests in good faith.

1. All Sales Are Final
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. For this reason, all completed purchases are normally non-refundable once access has been granted.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be granted under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchases: You unintentionally purchased the same item more than once.
  • Unauthorized transactions: Your payment method was used without your permission.
  • Technical access issues: You are unable to access the content due to a verified technical error on our side, and our support team could not resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Defective or misrepresented content: In rare cases, if content was uploaded in violation of platform rules or was materially different from its description.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of the content
  • Completion status of the game/content
  • Failure to meet system requirements
  • Issues arising from user-side technical problems
  • Inability to access content due to misuse or policy violations

4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, submit a support ticket or email support@astghik.io with:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID
  • Title of the purchased product
  • A detailed explanation of the issue

You must submit refund requests within 7 days of purchase.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

6. Chargebacks
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback is a violation of our Terms. If a chargeback is filed improperly, access to the account may be limited or suspended.
