18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement
Astghik is an online marketplace that distributes and hosts digital-only adult content, including video games, interactive experiences, artwork, 3D renders, and animations created by third-party developers (“Creators”).
Astghik does not host, distribute, or permit the upload of any visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
All content available on the platform is strictly limited to fictional, artistic, or computer-generated characters, including but not limited to:
- 2D illustrations
- 3D models
- Animated characters
- Stylized artwork
- Video game characters
- AI-generated images that are not photorealistic or based on identifiable real humans
Pursuant to 28 C.F.R. §75 and 18 U.S.C. §2257, the record-keeping and labeling requirements apply only to visual depictions involving real persons. Because Astghik does not produce or host such depictions, it is not subject to the record-keeping provisions of 18 U.S.C. §2257 or §2257A.
Content Verification Practices
Even though §2257 does not apply, Astghik maintains strict internal policies to ensure user safety and to prevent unlawful content. These include:
- Every game and submission is manually reviewed before publication.
- No images, models, videos, or depictions of real humans—including AI imagery attempting photorealism—are allowed.
- Creators must certify that all content is fictional and does not depict real individuals.
- Content that violates our Terms of Service, including any depiction resembling actual minors or real persons, is strictly prohibited.
Not a Producer Under §2257
Astghik functions solely as a platform for digital content hosting, distribution, storage, and formatting.
Astghik is not a primary or secondary producer (as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257) of any content on the platform.
