Content Standards & Removal Policy

Our platform prohibits all content that violates U.S. federal or state law, including:

  • Any sexual depiction of minors or minor-appearing characters, whether real, drawn, or computer-generated.

  • Any depiction of minors or minor-appearing characters, whether real, drawn, or computer-generated.

  • Obscene content, as defined by federal and state obscenity laws.

  • Bestiality, necrophilia, non-consensual sexual content, or sexual violence.

  • Any depictions of real individuals.

  • Any AI-generated or synthetic depictions of real individuals (or depictions that cannot be reliably distinguished from real individuals).

  • Content that promotes or facilitates real-world trafficking, prostitution, or exploitation.

  • Content that promotes or facilitates hate crimes.

In compliance with state laws, the platform uses age verification and prevents minors from accessing adult content.

Content Removal Request

We respect intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and platform safety standards. If you believe content on this website violates your rights or our policies, you may request its removal.

1. Grounds for Content Removal

We accept removal requests for, including but not limited to:

  • Copyright infringement

  • Trademark violations

  • Unauthorized use of personal images

  • Privacy violations or exposure of personal data

  • Non-consensual content

  • Harmful, fraudulent, or illegal material

  • Content that violates our Terms & Conditions, creator rules, or the Content Standards above

2. How to Submit a Removal Request

Send an email to creators@astghik.io with the subject line:
“Content Removal Request”

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Contact email

  • URL(s) to the content in question

  • A brief description of the issue

  • The legal or policy basis for the removal request (e.g., copyright, privacy, safety, violation of our content rules)

  • Any evidence supporting your claim (if applicable)

  • A statement confirming that your request is truthful and accurate

3. Response and Review Process

  • We review all requests within 3–5 business days.

  • If more information is needed, we will contact you directly.

  • If the content is found to violate our policies or applicable laws, it will be removed or restricted.

4. DMCA Notice (if applicable)

If your claim involves copyright, we may request a formal DMCA notice containing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location (URL) on our platform

  • Your legal name and physical or electronic signature

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

5. False or Misleading Claims

Submitting fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith removal requests may result in:

  • Legal consequences, and/or

  • Account suspension, termination, or other restrictions on use of the platform.
